What we sell, and to whom

Products on this site are laboratory reagents supplied for research use only. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or foods, and they are not offered for any use in humans or animals. Nothing in the catalog is approved by the FDA, EMA or any other authority for use in humans, and no claim of safety or efficacy in humans is made.

Who may purchase

Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and must attest at checkout that the materials will be used only for laboratory research, will not be administered to humans or animals, and will not be used in food, cosmetics or supplements or resold for those purposes. Orders can be refused or cancelled where these attestations are doubtful.

Sourcing and testing

Every item is sourced from a single manufacturer and ships directly from that manufacturer's facility. Purity and identity testing is performed by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Where an independent laboratory report is available for a batch it is published with the laboratory's verification key, which any customer can confirm on that laboratory's website; otherwise the manufacturer's certificate is published and labelled as such.

Destination restrictions

Some items are not offered to countries that prohibit their import or sale. Orders to destinations subject to comprehensive sanctions are not accepted. Availability shown on the site depends on the destination selected in the banner, and the ship‑to country entered at checkout is checked again before an order is accepted.

Labelling

Each kit is identified by product name, quantity and batch. Order confirmations and the commercial invoice carry the statement "For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use."

Export and customs

Shipments travel with a commercial invoice describing the goods as research reagents. Import permits, duties and taxes, where applicable, are the purchaser's responsibility.

Refusal

Orders inconsistent with a laboratory research purpose, or from purchasers whose attestations are doubtful, are cancelled. Repeat attempts result in the purchaser being declined for future orders.
