We collect the minimum information needed to fill an order: an email address, a ship‑to address, the order contents, and the payment reference issued by the payment processor. We record the time, IP address and browser identifier of the checkout attestations because they are part of the order record.

We do not sell or share personal data with anyone other than the parties needed to fulfil the order: the payment processor (to confirm payment) and the manufacturer (to ship the goods). We do not run advertising trackers.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet record‑keeping obligations; ship‑to details and email addresses are anonymised 180 days after delivery. Internal notes that staff add to an order (for example, a delivery follow‑up or a support conversation) are kept as part of that record and may be redacted on request.

You may ask what data is held about an order, or ask for it to be removed once the order is complete, by writing to info@sextantpeptides.com from the address used to order.

Cookies: a cookie records that you have confirmed the age gate (30 days), a cookie records your selected ship‑to country (180 days), and your cart is stored in your browser only. No third‑party analytics cookies are set.
