Shipping

Orders ship directly from the manufacturer's facility with tracking. Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order for orders under the free‑shipping threshold shown at checkout, and is free at or above it. Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing; typical international transit is measured in weeks, not days, and estimates given at checkout are not guarantees.

Import duties, taxes and any permits required by your country are your responsibility. Shipments refused at customs are not refunded.

Address problems

Please double‑check the ship‑to address. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be re‑sent at your cost once the parcel is back with the manufacturer.

Damaged, missing or non‑conforming items

If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or an item does not match its published test report, write to info@sextantpeptides.com within 14 days of the tracked delivery date with your order reference and photographs. After review we replace the item or refund it in the cryptocurrency you paid with, less network fees.

Refunds in general

Because the goods are laboratory reagents that must remain sealed and correctly stored, returns are not accepted once an order has shipped. Orders cancelled by us before dispatch are refunded in full in the cryptocurrency received.
