About this compound
IGF-1 LR3 (CAS 946870-92-4) is a recombinant 83-residue analogue of insulin-like growth factor 1, carrying an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-residue N-terminal extension. Both modifications reduce its binding to IGF binding proteins relative to native IGF-1.
