Terms of sale

These terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; the English text is binding.

1. Parties and scope. These terms govern every purchase made on this website ("the store"). By placing an order you accept them.
2. Nature of the goods. All goods are laboratory reagents supplied for research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They may not be administered to humans or animals.
3. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old. At checkout you attest to your age, to research‑only use, and to acceptance of these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of those attestations.
4. Orders and acceptance. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed on the blockchain and an order reference is issued. The store may cancel any order before dispatch, in which case the payment is returned in the cryptocurrency received, less any network fees.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is accepted only in the cryptocurrencies offered at checkout, at the rate quoted by the payment processor at the time of the order. Underpaid or expired invoices are not filled; contact support to resolve.
6. Shipping. Goods ship directly from the manufacturer. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes and permits are your responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided.
7. Returns and refunds. Because the goods are laboratory reagents that must be kept sealed and stored correctly, returns are not accepted once dispatched. If a shipment is lost, or an item arrives damaged or does not match its test report, contact support within 14 days of the tracked delivery date with photographs; a replacement or refund is issued after review.
8. Compliance and refusal. The store may refuse, cancel or decline future orders where it has reason to believe the goods are sought for a purpose other than laboratory research, or where the destination is restricted.
9. Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. The store is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Privacy. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes. These terms may change; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
